NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!
Hi, I’m Catherine! I work with children, teens, and adults. I especially love walking alongside young people as they navigate identity, self-worth, and personal growth. I also offer Christian counseling as part of the therapeutic process for clients who desire it.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, or major life transitions, you don’t
have to go through it alone. Counseling can be a powerful step toward healing, clarity, and a
more grounded, empowered version of yourself. Much of my work focuses on building
communication skills, strengthening relationships, and setting healthy boundaries that support
emotional well-being.
In our work together, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy to help
clients gain insight, break unhealthy patterns, and rediscover hope. My goal is to meet you
where you are and walk with you toward where you want to be.
