*Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.” — Maria Robinson
My goal is to provide a supportive and compassionate environment, helping clients feel empowered to recognize challenges, discover their strengths, overcome obstacles, and create a new ending—one filled with hope, joy, resilience, and purpose.
Thank you for considering counseling support for yourself or a loved one. Reaching out for help is often the first step toward meaningful change, and I would be honored to be part of that journey with you. I am a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor committed to supporting children, teens, and adults as they work toward healing and growth.
I approach every client with unconditional positive regard, compassion, and respect, recognizing that every person’s experiences, challenges, and goals are unique. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing and exploring what matters most to you. My hope is that you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together to identify solutions, develop new skills, and build confidence in your ability to overcome life’s challenges.
I have been happily married to my husband for over 33 years and am blessed with two amazing sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and a precious grandson who brings so much joy to our lives. For the past 16 years, I have been dedicated to helping children, adolescents, parents, and families find hope and direction through difficult circumstances and discover pathways toward healing and growth. I have experience working with individuals facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, school-related challenges, behavioral difficulties, self-esteem struggles, stress, and relationship concerns.
My counseling approach is eclectic and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), while incorporating strategies that reflect your values, experiences, and goals. Throughout my career, I have witnessed the remarkable resilience of individuals who have taken courageous steps toward change. Those experiences have reinforced my belief that every person has the capacity for growth and healing when provided with the right support.
Whatever brings you to counseling, I am committed to meeting you where you are, supporting you along the way, and helping you move toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. I look forward to the opportunity to partner with you as you take meaningful steps toward a healthier and more fulfilling future.
